Puoi rendere qualsiasi prodotto acquistato su ninaaccessori.com entro 14 giorni di calendario dalla consegna.
Per farlo occorre inviare una email all'indirizzo info@ninaaccessori.com, indicando numero di ordine, gli articoli che vuoi rendere ed il motivo del reso. Prima di avviare l'iter per il rimborso assicurati che gli articoli siano in perfette condizioni, con le etichette originali e la ricevuta di acquisto.
Le spese di reso e eventuali furti o smarrimenti saranno a tuo diretto carico, mentre le spese di spedizione e consegna dell’ordine ti saranno rimborsate. Riceverai un’e-mail di conferma dell’accettazione del reso entro 3 giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento in sede.
Ninaaccessori.com si riserva il diritto di rifiutare il rimborso di prodotti non resi correttamente ovvero ricevuti fuori tempo massimo e/o in con imballaggio non equivalente a quello ricevuto.
